FAQs

How long will it take to get my order?

We generally ship ready-made items within 1-3 business days. Please allow UP TO ten business days for us to make any custom orders before we ship it to you (we will be in contact with you throughout the process). 

For domestic shipping (anywhere in Australia) postage takes around 2-7 business days. Please ensure that you e-mail us if tracking is required otherwise small parcels such as earrings will be sent without. 

International shipping takes 5-12 working days. Please email us if tracking is required as we use normal airmail without tracking. We do not take responsibility for lost items if tracking arranged with us prior to purchase.

Do you take custom orders?

Definitely! We cater to any sizing and colour choices. We also love to collaborate, so contact us and we can make your wildest designs come true!

What if my item is damaged?

We take extra care in ensuring that all items posted go through strict quality control and testing. If there is any damage before you use an item please contact us. 

We do recommend that items are treated delicately due to their handmade nature. We recommend that most items are hand-washed and dried in the shade to preserve colours and quality of the fabric. Ironing is okay for 100% linen products. Most apparel and accessories are made from materials that are carefully selected to age nicely, so rest assured your Homejob clothes and accessories will last you a very very long time!

Is homejob made by local girls who are paid fairly?   

Yes! It is all made by Wendy and Emika in their homes in Brisbane. They source their materials, if they can, from local suppliers from Australia. So you know it's all sweatshop free! We also use vegan friendly products.
